In the early part of 2007 we were faced with needing to sell our home due to a job transfer.  After about 3 months of trying to sell by owner with no success we decided to seek professional help.  We talked to various realtors and were still indecisive on who to use.  Other people we knew recommeded we talk to Vines Realty.  We set up an appointment with Jim Vines to look at our house.  While discussing the house with him we decided immediately that Vines Realty was who we wanted and needed to sell our home.  With a depressed housing market, Jim gave us a glimmer of hope that we could sell our home.

When we got a contract on the house our mortgage co. was unwilling and uncooperative in giving the information we needed to complete the sale.  After numerous attempts by us to get the information we needed, we gave up the possibility of selling our home.  At that time Cindy Sapp asked if she could speak to our mortgage company.  Within one day she was able to contact a director or the mortgage company  and the tide changed. Within a few weeks we had all the information needed to complete the sale.

Most agents would have probably thrown up their hands and walked away. Even though our contact with Vines had expired Cindy went above and beyond what any other agent would have done. For this reason we will always be indebted to Vines Realty and consider them friends rather than agents.  Our thanks to all the staff at Vines Realty for going the extra step to insure the sale be completed.
